Fönster AB becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the DOVISTA GROUP.
The group has 3300 employees working with development, sale and
manufacture of window in northern Europe. With the change in
ownership Tommy Larsson will take over as CEO, a position he will
have parallel to the job as CEO of Mockfjärds Window Master AB.
Marcus Weilund will continue as CEO of Mockfjärds Window
Construction Ltd. Kurt Bering Sørensen, CEO of DOVISTA and board
member of Mockfjärds Window AB, hereby becomes chairman and
Veli-Matti Heikkinen, and Finn Hansen will remain on the board.
Tero Heikkinen will leave his position in Mockfjärds and will also
be deleted from the board.
DOVISTA obtained 50% of the
shares in Mockfjärds 2002 and increased to 75% in 2007, is now
becoming sole owner of Mockfjärds Window AB. Kurt Bering Sørensen,
is impressed by Mockfjärds development and welcomes the company's
future. He believes that Mockfjärds with continued steady and solid
efforts is well placed to become the billion SEK Company to be
pursued. Mr. Bering Sørensen also stresses the importance of
Mockfjärds to continue to maintain the independent position it had
in DOVISTA GROUP. It is also possible to Veli-Matti Heikkinen can
continue on the board. The fact that the company remains in
Mockfjärd he sees as essential - that's where we have our roots and
the starting point for the future.
Mockfjärds offers quality
windows, doors and assembly work to own homes and condominiums. The
company offers a whole concept to its clients, including
consulting, measuring, planning and installation of windows and
doors. Mockfjärds Window was founded in 1997 by brothers Veli-Matti
and Tero Heikkinen and owned since 2007 to 75% of
Dovista.
